Matariki Assembly and Shared Morning Tea

We welcome all parents to our Matariki Assembly at 10am on Monday 1st July. Come celebrate Matariki and see our senior and junior Kapa Haka group Te Ara Hou perform.

This is a time to remember those who have passed and to celebrate the present.

As part of Tikanga protocol we invite parents to a shared morning tea in their children’s classrooms. Please bring a plate. (A reminder that we have students with allergies please check with the classroom teacher if this affects their classroom)

We look forward to seeing you join us in the celebrations.

ALL VOTES are due in to the school by noon next Friday 7 June to be counted as valid.

Lockdown drill Completed

We have completed our lock down drill and all students, staff and persons on-site are safely accounted for.  Everyone did extremely well and responded to instructions.  A notice will be going out to parents/caregivers tonight to provide some more information about our emergency lock down procedures.

I would like to personally thank you for your support while we conduct these practices and for respecting our procedures for emergency response.

Kind regards – Raj Dullabh, Principal

Lockdown Drill in progress

Conifer Grove School is conducting a lock down drill.  This is how you will be notified in the first instance, should a lock down occur at the school.  Please do not come to the school or phone the school as you will not be attended to.  Your assistance and cooperation are appreciated.  All further updates will be provided on the school website www.conifergrove.school.nz

CGS Board of Trustees Parent Elections
