3-Way Learning Conferences

We are looking forward to meeting with you all as part of our 3-Way Learning Conferences this week. Thanks for letting us know about how your child/ren will be getting home on Tuesday. Please find below the organisation:

Students remaining at school:  Will go to the hall with a teacher at 1:15 and be released at 3:00 pm as normal (normal road patrol will be in place for those walking home)

Students walking home: Will leave school grounds between 1:15 and 1:20. Road patrol will be in place.

Students being picked up: Please see below for where students can be collected from.

Students who normally walk to meet their parents, will be free to do so. 

Tipu Students: Outside Rooms 2-4 (playground side)

Rea Students: Outside Room 7 and Room 8

Haemata Students: Outside Room 9 and Room 10

Whanake Students: Outside Room 13 and Room 14

Matomato Students: Courts outside Room 17 and Room 18

Paapua Students: Outside Room 21 and Room 22

School Gates… 

The school gates will be open from 1:10 until 1:25 for students walking home and being collected. They will be shut at 1:25 for Health and Safety reasons as those students remaining at school will be on a break time. Gates will reopen at 1:55 for whaanau to come in for 3-Way Conferences, beginning at 2pm. If you need to come into school outside of these times, please use the main gate on Evanda Crescent.
